Messages from mum who died after daughter, 5, said ‘I love you’ the first time
A mum posted a heartbreaking message to her husband and kids on Valentine’s hours before she collapsed and died.
Sarah Kinman spoke passionately about the love she had for husband Adam and her two children Harry, aged six and five-year-old Jessica, in the Facebook post.
The Hawkesley, Birmingham mum spoke about how Jessica, who suffers from learning difficulties, had said she loved her for the very first time that day.
The 36-year-old wrote: “When ur son does a picture of a heart calls me his queen mommy so cute and Jessica gave so much love kisses she told me for the first time i love u moma that brought tears to my eyes that was the best message hearing my daughter say that.”
Sarah spent a lovely Valentine’s Day evening with husband Adam, also 36, before she got up to go to bed and collapsed.
The seizure ended up claiming her life.
Her brother-in-law Andrew Kinman said Sarah had suffered from seizures for much of her life, but hadn’t had one for around five years.
“She loved social media and on Valentine’s Day she had posted messages on Facebook saying how much she loved Adam and her two children,” he added.
“She was so happy because on that day Jessica, who suffers from learning difficulties, had told her that she loved her for the very first time.
“She was clearly over the moon and feeling so much love for her family.”
On the night that she died Adam said Sarah had acted a bit strangely, Andrew recalled.
“He said she was talking about making arrangements for the future and what songs she would like at her funeral,” she said.
“She then kept telling Adam ‘you know how much i love you don’t you?’
“It was if she had a premonition or feeling that something was going to happen to her.
“She then got up to go to bed and Adam heard her collapse in the other room.
“He called an ambulance but nothing could be done to save her.”
The result of a post-mortem revealed Sarah had died from a seizure.
Andrew added: “Sarah was just such a happy, loving woman who adored Adam and her two children.
“When she was younger her nan had taken on trips all over the world.
“She had joined the army but was forced to leave after suffering a seizure whilst she was in Russia.
“She had found happiness with Adam and the two married in 2015.
“They went on to have two lovely children Harry and Jessica.
“Adam’s heart is broken at the moment but one consolation is the fact he has those cherished messages his wife sent on Valentine’s Day.
“He is comforted by the fact she was truly happy.”
A GoFundme campaign has been set up by family member Chris Fendick to give some financial support to Adam and his two children.
